Ms. Yurkovich has over 25 years business management and leadership experience providing diversified contract and financial management, human resources and customer interface, and project support to ensure timely delivery of products and services on commercial and government-funded projects.  She has managed all administrative functions of Golden Seal Enterprises since 2007 and has been instrumental in its continued growth and success. Her specific experiences include:

• Cradle-to-grave contracts administration including compliance with government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFAR and ITAR; government proposal process; funds expenditure and tracking of incurred costs. In addition, her subcontracts administration experience includes the creation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), cost and price analysis, single source justifications, negotiations, subcontract award and administration.
• Certified Quality Assurance Audits for ISO9002 certified operations.
• Office and personnel management conducting human resources functions including benefits administration.
• Facility Security Officer (FSO) administration and compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

Ms. Yurkovich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration and a Minor in Business Management from James Madison University in Virginia. She is a Department of Criminal Justice Services registered Private Investigator, Unarmed Security Officer and Personal Protection Specialist.

Mr. Yurkovich founded Golden Seal Enterprises (GSE) in 1992 after an 18-year career with the U.S. Navy Special Warfare (SEAL) Community and Naval Special Warfare Training Center (BUD/S).  He is internationally recognized as a leader, entrepreneur, manager, and trainer in all aspects of physical security operations and solutions. His experiences include:

• Personally being selected as a plank owner (founding member) of the Navy’s distinguished first counter-terrorism team (SEAL Team Six) and the first anti-terrorism team (Red Cell – Naval Security Coordination Team).
• Implementing lesson plans for the development of all world-class training and instruction at BSR, Inc. to include:  Executive Protection, Surveillance Detection, Firearms, and Counter-Terrorism/Anti-Terrorism Driving.
• Managing an operating budget of $26M at Alexis International while supervising the creation of firing ranges and training facilities for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Air Defense Command’s Military Police School.
• Serving as a Vice President at USIS, managing a program of over $500M.  This program performed high-risk protective training and physical protection of Iraq’s top seven ministers to include the Prime Minister and provided similar protective services in Afghanistan.

Mr. Yurkovich holds many certifications and licenses to include, but are not limited to: Paramedic, Diver Medic, PADI Master Scuba Instructor, Protective Security Driving Instructor, VA DCJS Certified Instructor and Firearms Instructor, NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, and Commercial Pilot in fixed wing and rotorcraft.

Ms. Brown has 13 years of experience in various fields.  She is passionate about finding creative solutions to meet and exceed the needs of our security clients while providing excellent customer service. Her specific experiences include:

• Central booking management as a Deputy Sheriff for York County, Pennsylvania.
• Creating and implementing security and safety policies and procedures.
• Software research including survey methodology, research development and feature design.
• Project management and event production.

Ms. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of Utah and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from the American Military University.  She is a Department of Criminal Justice Services registered Armed Security Officer and is a certified Red Cross Instructor.

Mr. Poulton has 30 years experience developing solutions at Fortune 500 companies at the federal, state and local levels and working in the private security sector.  Before joining the private security field in 2012, he worked primarily in software and hardware research and development (R&D). His specific experiences include:

• Developing federal agency-wide social platforms for hundreds of thousands of users and creating large scale apps.
• Providing physical security to federal, private and international security agencies.  Roles include unarmed security, armed security and Agent in Charge. 
• Mentoring and supervising physical security teams including timely management response and support during critical times. 
• Providing program management and logistical support to permanent and temporary physical security teams. 
• Discreetly working with clients on several large and small-scale events to plan and execute specialized armed and unarmed security services in varying types of venues and climates.

Mr. Poulton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from Brigham Young University with minors in Accounting and Economics.  He holds an undergraduate certificate from the Medical Transportation Leadership Institute and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from Villanova.  He is a Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) registered Armed Security Officer, Armed Personal Protection Specialist and holds a Maryland Security Guard certification.

Mr. Jenkins has over 15 years experience working as a Telecommunications/Security Specialist who is adept at designing, installing and managing large, complex projects on time and on budget. He has expertise in the below fields:

Mr. Dear is a former active-duty Marine with eight years of honorable service as an infantryman and weapons instructor.  He also competed in many firearms competitions during this time.  His deployments took him to nearly 30 countries and his competitions earned him numerous awards to include the coveted Marine Corps Distinguished Marksman Shield.  His final assignment in the Marine Corps was as the Marksmanship Coordinator for the All-Marine Corps Shooting Teams based out of Quantico, Virginia. His specific instructor qualifications include:

Mr. Dear has an Associates degree in Criminal Justice.  Prior to joining GSE, Mr. Dear worked as a Training Instructor and as a federal police officer.  He has developed many law enforcement and firearms training programs in the National Capital Region and has been requested by State and Federal agencies as a guest speaker and/or instructor. He is also a certified armorer by numerous firearms manufacturers.
